~For our guests that stay one month or more we ask for a 2 week check in and a light cleaning at a discounted rate of $75 for cleaners that we provide (normally the cleaning fee is $175), or a mutually agreed upon cleaning service. ~Only septic-safe toilet paper can be used and a plumbing service charge by the plumbers will be applied if sanitary products, paper towels, wipes and diapers are disposed of in the toilets. ~We had the property jetted and all lines cleared on 04/05/2023; if a plumber has to be called out to unclogged a unit's pipes it will be at the expense of the guest. ~There is a $500 fine for undisclosed pets (service pets with documentation excluded) ~If the guests do not pick up dog waste there will be a fee of $50 that will be charged. ~Please crate your pets when you are not at your unit. If a crate is needed, please advise and we will provide one in the unit. ~We require valid govt id for each guest at booking. ~If early check-in or late check out is needed, please advise upon booking, as it will need to be scheduled with the cleaners. There is a $50 fee. ~We have a strict nonsmoking policy inside the units. ~Smoking/vaping is restricted to the fire pit/BBQ area. ~There is a $500 fine for smoke inside the unit and a $250 fine for smoking around the shared courtyard if smoking outside the firepit/BBQ area. ~Upon booking please advise if beach items are needed. We will provide, towels, umbrella and chairs. Extra linens and towels are stored in the bedroom closets. 👉🏼Beach Gear: Chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and towels are available upon request—let us know your needs at booking to ensure availability. 👉🏼Cots: Portable cots are available for $35 each, subject to availability. Please request them when booking. 👉🏼Discounts: Weekly reservations (7+ nights) get a 10% discount for refundable bookings. Monthly and long-term stays are eligible for discounted rates and optional light cleaning at $75. 👉🏼Pet-Friendly: We welcome small pets (up to 15 lbs) for a $99 cleaning fee per pet. Pets must be crated when unattended, and a $50 fee applies for uncleaned pet waste. Crates can be provided upon request. 👉🏼Security & Policies: Valid government IDs are required for all guests at booking. The property is monitored by 24-hour outdoor surveillance for safety. 👉🏼Parking Restrictions: Per city ordinance, trucks, trailers, RVs, and similar vehicles cannot park on residential streets from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
