Very central location and great facilities. The unit we stayed in was recently refurbished and included everything needed in a self catering accommodation

comfortable, quaint, nicely decorated space with everything you need in kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. Comfy bed and pillows and very nice linens and towels. host was responsive with a few questions we had. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at the coconut place. It’s in a good location with nearby things to do and eat (short drive to the lido key beach, Saratosa jungle garden, and the must visit Ringling museum). We are a family with young kids and a dog. The place has everything we need. Highly recommended!
